Job Description
Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in education, educational psychology, education administration, or related field. Other degrees may be acceptable if they are relevant to training and education.
Knowledge of training methods: A deep understanding of the principles and methods of training and education, including designing educational programs, assessing training needs, and implementing educational programs.
Training skills: Ability to effectively direct and train employees, and organize and manage training courses and workshops.
Analysis and evaluation: The ability to evaluate the effectiveness of educational programs and measure learning outcomes to ensure that training objectives are achieved.
Effective Communication: Good communication skills with various groups within the organization, including directing employees and interacting with different company departments.
