Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Partnerships Specialist at Blue Mark. The Partnerships Specialist will be responsible for managing and developing strategic partnerships, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and contributing to the development of creative and effective marketing solutions. The role will involve regular communication and coordination with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and target potential clients from companies and organizations.
- Make initial contacts and present compelling presentations about our services.
- Build strong relationships with new clients and ensure their continuous satisfaction.
- Follow up on contracts and negotiate terms and conditions in line with company policy.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve set goals.
- Prepare regular reports on activities and progress.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- A minimum of 2 years of practical experience in business development or sales.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
- Owns a car.
