5. Monitor production team KPI achievement.

6. Handling team training

8.Collaborate production SOP and ensure team follow IT.

9. Ensure the leader of the department send report daily

In charge of evaluation performance every month.

10. Plan for each operation flow as well.

11. Update and maintain material packaging.

12. Planning raw material use and order and aligning with the purchaser.
