Al-Huda Exchange Company is seeking an experienced and dynamic Operations Manager to lead our operations team. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in the field of currency exchange and be fluent in the English language.

Oversee and manage all operational aspects of the currency exchange business.

Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Manage and mentor the operations team, providing guidance and support as needed.

Monitor operational performance and make data-driven decisions to optimize processes.

Handle escalated customer issues and ensure prompt resolution.

Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and effective communication.

Prepare and present operational reports to senior management.
