Relationship Manager / Customer Service Manager / Senior Customer Service Manager
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure their financial needs are met.
- Offer personalized banking and investment services.
- Crosssell banking products and services to increase client satisfaction and bank revenue.
- Monitor client accounts and resolve any issues or concerns promptly.
- Conduct regular training and development programs for customer service staff.
- Develop and implement customer service strategies aligned with bank objectives.
- Lead and motivate a team of customer service managers across different locations.
- Handle complex customer service issues and escalations.
- Monitor customer feedback and implement improvements as needed.
- Analyze service metrics and prepare reports for management.
Skills Required:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Knowledge of banking products investment options and financial markets.
- Ability to analyze financial information and provide sound advice.
- Sales and negotiation skills to expand the client base and increase revenue.
- Ability to handle stressful situations and resolve conflicts professionally.
- Proven experience in a senior customer service management role within the banking sector.
