Position Overview:
We are seeking a detailoriented and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of the office. This role involves handling a wide range of administrative tasks and requires excellent organizational skills strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support:
- Manage and maintain executive schedules including scheduling meetings appointments and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit correspondence communications presentations and other documents.
- Organize and maintain files and records both electronic and physical.
- Office Management:
- Oversee office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
- Coordinate office maintenance and repairs.
- Ensure the office environment is tidy professional and wellorganized.
- Communication:
- Serve as the point of contact for internal and external communications including phone calls emails and mail.
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Event Coordination:
- Assist in planning and coordinating company events meetings and conferences.
- Handle logistics including venue selection catering and preparation of materials.
- Project Assistance:
- Support special projects and initiatives as assigned by the executive team.
- Conduct research and compile data as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications as an Administrative Assistant or Secretary will be a plus.
- Proficient in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint in particular).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
- Attention to detail and problemsolving skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
