As the HR Director you will play a crucial role in developing and executing human resource strategy in support of the overall business plan and strategic direction of the organization. This encompasses areas such as succession planning talent management change management organizational and performance management training and development and compensation. You will provide strategic leadership by articulating HR needs and plans to the executive management team shareholders and the board of directors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands grievances or other issues.
- Manage the recruitment and selection process.
- Support current and future business needs through the development engagement motivation and preservation of human capital.
- Develop and monitor overall HR strategies systems tactics and procedures across the organization.
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
- Maintain pay plan and benefits program.
- Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
- Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
Job Requirements:
- Required to work at Desa Kadujaya Curug Tangerang Banten.
- Bachelors degree or above.
- Proven 8 years experience as HR Director or in a similar HR executive role.
- Having working background in automotive or Heavy industry are preferred.
- Demonstrable experience with HR metrics.
- Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
- Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.
- Excellent active listening negotiation and presentation skills.
- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels.
- Indepth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
