Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Scientist with expertise in Generative AI to join our team in San Francisco CA. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data science machine learning and specifically generative AI techniques. This role involves designing developing and deploying advanced AI models to solve complex business problems and drive innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generative AI Development:

  • Design develop and implement generative AI models using advanced techniques such as GANs (Generative Adversarial Networks) VAEs (Variational Autoencoders) and other generative algorithms.
  • Apply generative AI to create synthetic data enhance data augmentation and generate creative content.

• Data Science and Machine Learning:

  • Analyze large datasets to extract meaningful insights and build predictive models.
  • Develop and implement machine learning algorithms to address business challenges.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing systems and workflows.

• Research and Innovation:

  • Stay uptodate with the latest advancements in AI machine learning and generative models.
  • Conduct research to explore new techniques and methodologies in generative AI.
  • Propose and lead innovative projects that leverage generative AI to drive business value.

• Model Deployment and Monitoring:

  • Deploy AI models into production environments and ensure their scalability and reliability.
  • Monitor model performance and make necessary adjustments to maintain accuracy and efficiency.
  • Implement best practices for model governance including version control and documentation.

• Mentorship and Leadership:

  • Mentor junior data scientists and provide technical guidance to the team.
  • Lead AI projects from conception to completion ensuring timely and successful delivery.

Required skills and qualifications:

• Experience:

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in data science and machine learning.
  • Proven experience with generative AI techniques and models.

• Technical Expertise:

  • Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python R and TensorFlow/PyTorch.
  • Deep understanding of generative AI models including GANs VAEs and other related techniques.
  • Experience with data processing statistical analysis and data visualization tools.

• Educational Background:

  • An advanced degree (Masters or Ph.D.) in computer science data science machine learning or a related field is highly preferred.

• Soft Skills:

  • Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
