The HR Analyst will play a crucial role in managing and analyzing HR data supporting recruitment processes and other employee life cycle processes and ensuring compliance with HR policies. This role involves close collaboration with various stakeholders across functions to enhance operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Contractual Workforce Management
Oversee the recruitment and selection process for contractual workforce.
Share job descriptions and mandates with consultants.
Screen candidates and conduct initial interviews.
Coordinate with department heads and hiring managers for interviews.
Manage offer negotiations and finalizations.
FullTime Employees Recruitment
Schedule and coordinate interviews for fulltime positions.
Oversee the offer release process.
Notify the payroll team about new hires.
Manage hiring processes through internal onboarding tools.
Plan cross functional induction schedule for new joiners.
HR Operations
Prepare employee letters.
Manager new vendor/ consultants registration compliance and purchase order requests
Coordination and management of corporate card program with the banking partner including new card applications.
Ensure HR data compliance with legal and company policies.
Manage compliance data and ensure adherence to establishment compliance requirements in coordination with the compliances consultant.
Coordinating for employee grievances
Support the development and implementation of employee recognition programs.
Collaborate with HR team members to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
Qualifications:
Masters degree in human resources or a related field.
Proven experience as an HR Analyst or similar role.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
High level of confidentiality and integrity.
Proficiency in MS Office including MS Excel and MS Word
