JD for Cold calling: (Shift 12 noon to 9 P.M.)
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Cold Calling Representative to join our sales team. As a fresher in this role you will be responsible for generating leads and setting appointments through cold calling. This is an excellent opportunity to start a career in sales and develop your communication and persuasion skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound cold calls to potential clients from a provided list.
Introduce the companys products to potential clients to generate interest.
Qualify leads based on predetermined criteria.
Schedule appointments for the sales team to follow up on potential leads.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of calls made and results achieved.
Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential prospects.
Meet daily weekly and monthly targets for calls made and leads generated.
Provide feedback and insights gathered from potential clients to help improve the sales process.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective strategies for lead generation.
