Job Description
Our client is an established, international investment firm looking to expand its already high-calibre direct investment team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. You will be joining a top-tier name that is globally recognised.
You will focus on direct private equity investments on a global basis. What the job involves
- Sourcing, analysis, and execution of investment opportunities across sectors
- Conducting due diligence and financial modelling
- Deal structuring and negotiation
- Creation of all investment committee materials
- Support monitoring of portfolio company performance
