Job Description

Certified in SF Compensation and SF Variable Pay.
Practical experience with SuccessFactors Variable Pay is a must.
Minimum 2 end-2-end implementations of SF Compensation in a leading role.
Minimum 2 end-2-end implementations of SF Variable Pay in a leading role.
Broad technical knowledge and a desire to learn is a must, for example you know what SPM and CPM stands for.
Demonstrate strong communication/consulting skills – written and verbal English (internal and external facing)
