Job Description
We are in need of a proficient Technical Engineer with specialized knowledge in Apple products to become part of our team. As a Technical Engineer APPLE you will be tasked with delivering technical support and resolutions for Apple devices and software applications.
Responsibilities:
Provide technical assistance for endusers or customers using Apple products including Macs iPhones iPads and other Apple devices.
Identify and resolve hardware and software issues on Apple devices addressing concerns related to macOS iOS and other Apple operating systems.
Aid in the setup configuration and upkeep of Apple hardware and software solutions to ensure optimal device performance.
Troubleshoot network setups server configurations and cloud services associated with Apple products.
Assist in the creation and deployment of software packages profiles and policies using MDM tools like JAMF Kandji Intune etc.
Communicate technical solutions effectively in a userfriendly manner to provide exceptional customer service.
Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
Conduct training sessions for customers on Apple products and software.
Develop and maintain documentation including troubleshooting guides and FAQs.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams and communicate technical issues or enhancements to relevant stakeholders.
Contribute to documentation and knowledge sharing within the team.
Stay updated on the latest Apple technologies updates and industry trends.
Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance technical knowledge.
Requirements
Bachelor s degree in computer science or information technology or a related field.
Apple certifications such as ACMT (Apple Certified Mac Technician) or ACiT (Apple Certified iOS Technician) may be preferred.
Proven experience in providing technical support for Apple products.
Familiarity with macOS iOS and Apple software applications.
Proficient in troubleshooting hardware and software issues on Apple devices.
Knowledge of network configurations server setups and cloud services related to Apple products.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to convey technical information in a clear and understandable manner.
Strong problemsolving skills and your ability to think analytically.
