Our client is one of the largest industrial gas providers who is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm:
- Identify possible possibilities and ask the consumer to clarify their demands.
- Recognize client concerns and provide advice or a viable way to address them
- Create a technical solution and customer proposition.
- Negotiate with clients to get a contract and track the deals advancement
- Conducting routine visits to all current Chinese key account customers
- Establish strong relationships and foster customer intimacy with consumers.
- Identify new or supplementary demand and develop a solution to satisfy existing consumers inquiries or demands.
- Facilitate the resolution of consumer complaints and issues by coordinating with relevant stakeholders (e.g. quality commercial and delivery).
- Negotiate manage and renew contracts upon their expiration.
- Conduct a thorough examination of industrial areas and the EOM network and establish positive relationships with the Management Boards of Industrial Zones and EOM.
- Ensure that the target is met by coordinating related departments and taking responsibility for collection.
- Develop and maintain a market database in the dedicated region including customers competitors and endofmonth (EOM).
- Timely weekly visitation report
- Regularly update the market monitoring.
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Economics Business Administration or related majors.
- At least 3 years of sales experience
- Proficiency in Chinese language (4 skills)
- Working experience in the industrial gas is an advantage.
