Job Description
Position: Senior Bartender
Location: Kelvedon Essex
Work Model: 48 hours per week
Salary:(dependent on experience)
We have partnered with an historic and elegant restaurant based in Kelvedon who are seeking a Head Bartender to oversee the daily operations of their bars ensuring the highest standards of beverage quality and service.
Main Duties
- Supervise all bar areas to ensure topnotch beverage quality and service.
- Adhere to company standards of preparation recipes and presentation.
- Assist in staffing and inventory management.
- Collaborate with management and bar staff to maintain efficiency and quality.
- Ensure compliance with health safety and food regulations.
Requirements
- 2 years bartending experience.
- Basic knowledge of HACCP.
- Excellent communication skills and positive attitude.
- Selfmotivated with a commitment to success.
- Flexible enthusiastic and confident.
- Strong organizational abilities.
