He/she is also responsible for developing the annual marketing plan and budget.Education & Experience• Preferable Arabic speaker.• College course work in related field helpful.• Experience in a hotel or a related field preferred.• High School diploma or equivalent required.• Must be skilled in Windows, Company approved spreadsheets and word processing.• Experience in - Advertising and marketing campaigns, Public relations, Online marketing & social media, Branding standards and sales support, Event marketing & client events, Partnership marketing, F&B MarketingPhysical Requirements• Long hours sometimes required.• Light work - Exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 10 pounds of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects.General Requirements• Responsible for managing and delivering the day to day marketing activities for the Hotel in line with the agreed marketing strategy.• Contribute to the creative process from creative brief to delivery for all hotel communications, collateral and websites (both internal and external) .• To manage and coordinate the hotel communications plan to ensure that all communications are targeted at the right audience and delivered on time.• Responsible for planning and organization and contribution to the creative briefing process in conjunction with the venues marketing, all photography shoots, events and promotional activity relevant to the hotel business.• Working closely with the digital team to deliver innovative and creative online campaigns.• Management of design/third parties agencies in relation to the hotel business.• Ensure that the best possible rates are achieved through suppliers when ordering materials and services.• Responsible for the production of a monthly marketing report for the hotel detailing key achievements activity undertaken and future key initiatives.• Support in the management of press events and where appropriate, supporting the other departments during key areas of activity
