This is a remote position.
- Client Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients ensuring a high level of client satisfaction through excellent communication and professional conduct.
- Contract Review: Analyze review and draft propertyrelated contracts and other legal documents to ensure they meet all legal standards and protect client interests.
- Legal Advice: Provide expert legal advice on property transactions compliance and regulatory issues to clients.
- Documentation: Prepare and manage all necessary documentation related to property transactions including purchase agreements lease agreements and transfer documents.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other legal professionals within the firm to provide comprehensive legal solutions to clients.
- Research: Stay updated with the latest developments in property law and apply this knowledge to benefit clients and the firm.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in property law.
- Experience in Australian property law is preferred but not mandatory.
- A law degree from an accredited institution. Qualification to practice law in any jurisdiction is an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of property law principles and practices.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Clientfacing experience with the ability to manage client relationships effectively.
- Proficient in legal research and documentation.
- Ability to review and draft complex legal documents.
- High attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
- Proactive and able to work independently.
- Strong problemsolving abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- High level of integrity and professional ethics.
