Job Title: Junior Technical Business Analyst

Location: Remote*

Type: Fulltime Contract

Hours: MondayFriday 9:0017:30

Day rate: £200£250

We are looking for a Technical Business Analyst to join our team and support us on various software implementation and support projects. As a Technical Junior Business Analyst you will be responsible for:

.

Analysing documenting and communicating technical requirements to stakeholders including developers project managers and business users

.

Being client facing in requirement gathering workshops

.

Configuration of the technology Zoho and Amazon Connect as per the requirements

.

Documentation of test scripts for System Integration Testing (SIT)

.

Support the test team through SIT and User Acceptance Testing

.

Support with PMO activities for each project

.

Documentation of configurations and user guides for the end users

.

Support with training of the end users on the technology

Responsibilities:

.

Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business and technical requirements for projects

.

Analyse and document technical requirements in a clear and concise manner

.

Communicate technical requirements to developers project managers and business users

.

Work with developers to ensure technical requirements are understood and implemented correctly

.

Configuration and development of the technical solutions as per the agreed requirements

.

Support the test team through SIT and User Acceptance Testing

.

Contribute to System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) phases

.

Provide technical support to project teams as needed

.

Perform gap analysis to identify areas where current systems and processes can be improved

.

Develop and maintain project documentation including functional specifications technical specifications test scripts exit reports and user manuals

.

Participate in project planning and estimation activities

.

Provide technical support to project teams as needed

Requirements:

.

2 years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst or similar role

.

Strong understanding of software development methodologies (e.g. Agile Waterfall)

.

Experience with requirements gathering analysis and documentation

.

Experience implementing low code technology

.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

.

Strong problemsolving and analytical skills

.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word Excel and PowerPoint

Desirable requirements:

.

Experience of the Zoho technology or alternative lowcode

.

Experience with project management tools (e.g. TFS and Zoho)

.

Qualifications such as Prince2 or Business Analysis

.

Ability to understand code and coding methodologies (e.g. Deluge/Python/Java)

.

Ability to take ownership of a task and drive it to successful completion
