Desired Competencies

4 years of Supply Chain Planning implementation experience

• 2 years of advanced knowledge of OMP solutions configuration
  
• 1 year Experience in OMP MPS/DPS/MRP Solvers
  
• 2 OMP Rollouts/implementation projects in MPS/DPS/MRP
  
• Handson Configuration experience with OMP MPS/DPS/MRP
  
• Functional knowledge of DP DRP MEIO
  
• Knowledge of integrating OMP with host ERP systems
  
• Excellent Communication Skills
  
• Ability to work with clients globally with a positive friendly attitude
  
• Willingness to work in different shifts on a need basis
  

GoodtoHave

• Knowledge and experience of integrating Planning functions with SAP SCM
  
• Excellent problemsolving decisionmaking and people skills

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the entire lifecycle of an OMP Rollout project including scoping design execution and testing
  
• Responsible for OMP Configurations including Solvers and EndtoEnd Scenario Testing
  
• Architecting Planning solutions using OMP modules of MPS/DPS/MRP
  
• Build and implement OMP best practices and SOPs in the Integrated Planning cycle
  
• Work together with the functional team and business users to drive the adoption of standard business practices
  
• Understand customer challenges in planning and conduct design workshops to provide solutions
  
• Help project leads and consultants manage project scope budgets and timelines
  
• Build stakeholder relationships and continuously improve the value proposition
  

Technical skill set: OMP overall IT experience of Database Cloud security and network
