Grounds Maintenance Team Leader

We are recruiting for an experienced Grounds Maintenance Team Leader who will be covering a large area providing a grounds maintenance service to a mix of corporate and multisite clients will need the ability to manage both their own time and the client effectively as well as being proactive in identifying and generating additional works. On offer is a salary of up to 29835.00 per year plus overtime company van 21 days holiday enrolment into company pension and employee benefits scheme.

As the Grounds Maintenance Team Leader you will be:

• Responsible for a number of sites in Gloucestershire Herefordshire and Worcestershire where you will be grass cutting strimming hedge cutting pruning maintaining shrubs and beds as well as for leaf and litter clearing.
  
• Liaising with Clients and working with them to resolve any issues as well as speaking to them about additional works that the company could quote for.
  

To be considered as the Grounds Maintenance Team Leader you will need:

• Your driving licence.
  
• A minimum of three years landscape / grounds maintenance experience including managing your own time and have been responsible for the grounds maintenance on a wide range of sites.
  
• To be happy that the role will include a fair amount of travel to and between sites and to be happy with the level of client contact and identifying where there is the opportunity for additional works.
  
• Your PA1 and PA6.
