Job Description
One of our important clients is currently looking for a SAP Project Management Officer for a 12month contract in Brussels. Day rate is negotiable.
The SAP Project Office Manager that will focus completely on the redaction and all activities partly done partly to be started (organise vendor meetings document sturturing & archiving follow up on scoring TCO calculations project planning..
Requirements
Critical/Conformance requirements
Fluent in NL FR and EN;
5 yr Experience with IT Outsourcing RFIs and RFPs for BUILD & RUN phases especially from a customer perspective;
5 yr Experience in Public Sector procurement;
5 yr Experience working in PMOs for very large IT programs (ERP Technology ..
transformation programs);
5 yr Experience in the application and implementation of IT Frameworks (at least 2 of the following: ITIL SDLC PMLC DevOpsSec) preferably in a SAP and/or Cloud environment;
Expert in O365 applications (Word Powerpoint Excel Sharepoint Teams);
Other Requirements
Excellent knowledge of all IT4IT processes and how to implement these in an IT organisation
Excellent communication skills with all levels of an organisation
Confident and able to perform well under stressful conditions
Flexible to deal with new guidelines rules & procedures
Selfstarter & Creative to identify quickly solutions to sometimes complex issues
Efficient and well organized ; Always looking for ways to improve ; Maintain overview
Proactive & curious about new things & quick learner
