Job Description

  • Operating as the lead point of contact for all matters between the companys HQ and assigned Franchisee.
  • Ensure growth in retail stores including working with merchandising team and partners to determine assortments.
  • To brainstorm with Marketing team on assigned malls marketing campaign
  • Monitor on delivery status ongoing payment collection.
  • Responsible for franchise coordinator team supervising exercise.
  • Support team members on final reporting submission review with analysis.
  • To develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve goals to ensure profitability.
  • Providing your team with a stimulating and supportive environment. Play a key role in cultivating and inspiring teams to high performance.
  • To meet with KPIs.
  • Ensure consistency and compliance of the companys operating and service standards policies and procedures.
  • Ensure company policy and brand equity standards are followed.
  • Work with internal departments such as the Marketing Product Training Visual merchandising and management teams.
  • Achieve an overall stock turn as per company target.
  • Ensure product selection for all stores is based on grades/ bands that reflect consumer profiles competitive landscape and store formats.
  • Provide analysis on group performance on a quarterly basis through business review with franchisees to ensure both parties business directions achievements.
  • Supports department s monthly management reporting and season buy ordering tracking exercise.
  • Identify franchisees retail operations related issues and create effective solutions.
  • Achieve compliance with given statutory and corporate affairs requirements as appropriate.
  • Assist in executing marketing plans and opportunities to deliver sales and profitability target.
  • To guide franchisees retail operations on how to achieve conversion metrics as per expectation.
  • Ensure Stores Merchandising guidelines up to expectations.
  • To support business development on handled franchisees.


Requirements

  • Possess Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate with a Bachelors degree in Marketing/ Business and or equivalent degree
  • 2 years in Sales (Fashion Retail FMCG) intimate knowledge of Key Account management is an advantage
  • Experience and track record of success working with major accounts increasing revenue creating and driving a holistic business plan inclusive of short and long term business strategies and financial targets
  • Exceptionally strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to articulate goals clearly and objectives
  • Ability to influence both crossfunctionally and vertically within industry and marketplace.
  • Managing the complexity of different categories and accounts
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Strong business drive joint with sensitivity for products.
