Job Description
- Check company expenses in terms of compliance with internal policies and local law & regulations.
- Key in daily transaction into accounting system.
- Process payments and reimbursement to suppliers and beneficiaries when required.
- Communicating with other departments in reconciling invoices and related documents.
- Filing and maintaining payment related records.
- Balance sheet control prepare account reconciliations.
- Expense analysis and assist in monthend closing process.
- Assist in streamlining and improving the accounts payable process
- Other tasks assigned by supervisor
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the same position.
- Carefulness high attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English).
- Proven ability to perform to strict deadlines.
- High degree of proficiency with Excel and Database.
- Knowledge of the ERP System is preferable.
