We are looking a Human Resource Recruiting Specialist in Wilmer TX


Job Duties:

  • High volume recruiting
  • Coordination with staffing agencies
  • Job fair coordination and attendance
  • Manage the human resource recruiting/staffing function.
  • Ensure adequate staffing is being provided by sourcing candidates using a variety of search methods to build a robust candidate pipeline.
  • Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications and performing phone screenings.
  • Take ownership of candidate experience by designing and managing/developing job postings job descriptions and position requirements.
  • Facilitate the offer process by extending the offer and negotiating employment terms.
  • Manage onboarding and new hire process.
  • Stay abreast of recruiting trends and best practices.
  • Manage the overall interview selection and closing process.
  • Ensure all screening hiring and selection is done in accordance with employment laws and regulations.
  • Partners with employees and management to communicate various human resource policies procedures laws standards and other government regulations.
  • Maintains human resource information system records and compiles reports from the database as needed.
  • Any other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in human resources/administration/business administration and other related majors
  • Human Resources Certificate a plus
  • More than 3 years of human resources related work experience in manufacturing enterprises
  • Familiar with HRIS systems preferable ADP Workforce Now
  • Must be bilingual in Spanish or Chinese
  • Must be willing to increase knowledge of interview techniques and applicant screening method
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Indepth knowledge of employment laws and regulations
  • Ability to establish familiarity with a wide variety of sourcing avenues
