Our client a growing entertainment company is seeking a Social Analytics & Insight Manager to join their analytics team! The Social Analytics & Insight Manager will be responsible for extracting actionable insights from social media data monitoring online conversations and leveraging analytics tools to help our brand and marketing teams optimize our social strategy.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive social insights strategy aligned with organizational goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with the brand and marketing teams to optimize social media strategies based on data insights and industry best practices.
- Identify opportunities for growth and engagement recommending adjustments to content posting schedules and targeting.
- Provide strategic recommendations based on social intelligence to support business initiatives.
- Implement and manage social media listening tools to monitor and analyze online conversations related to our brand industry and competitors.
- Stay updated on industry trends emerging topics and sentiment analysis to inform brand and marketing strategies.
- Oversee the collection and analysis of social media data to identify trends sentiment and emerging topics relevant to the organization.
- Utilize analytical tools and platforms to collect and analyze social media data providing regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and insights as well as create adhoc reports to stakeholders at various levels.
- Conduct indepth analysis of campaign performance audience behavior and content effectiveness.
- Conduct a thorough competitive analyses by monitoring industry trends competitor activities and market dynamics.
- Develop a deep understanding of our target audience by analyzing social media demographics behaviors and preferences.
Requirements
Qualifications
- Proven experience (3 years) in a leadership role focused on social insights and analytics.
- Expertise in utilizing social listening tools (e.g. Brandwatch Meltwater Quid etc.) and social analytics tools (e.g. Sprout Social RivalIQ Sprinklr).
- Strong familiarity with social media advertising and campaign analysis.
- Strong strategic thinking and problemsolving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey complex insights to diverse stakeholders.
- Demonstrated experience in collaborating with crossfunctional teams and senior leadership.
- Open to working onsite MondayThursday (WFH on Friday).
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, Economics, or a related field 3+ years of experience in a marketing analyst or similar role Proficiency in Excel, Google Analytics, Tableau, and/or Looker Familiarity with social analytics platforms such as Brandwatch Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Attention to detail and a strong commitment to accuracy Preferred Qualifications: Experience with SQL, R, Python, or other programming languages Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and PPC strategies Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools Certification in Google Analytics or Tableau is a plus
