Tuesday Saturday 9:30am 1:30pm Eastern Time (9:30 PM 1:30 AM Manila Time)
Job Description
The position is a supporting role within our editing department. Our editing team is responsible for preparing files for delivery to editors assigning work to editors reviewing work for quality control to ensure consistency across all our media specific to our style delivery of media to clients as well as basic small editing touch ups when requests are made outside of our editors working hours.
Responsibilities
Using Dropbox to cull images/media folders according to specifications for each product
Prepping folders for editing with notes sent from the photographers
Ensuring all images are uploaded and total image counts match
Assigning and moving folders to editors
Review completed edits to ensure quality control and consistency
Using Aryeo system
Upload and deliver digital products to clients
Matching products with order requests ensuring all orders have been fulfilled
Using Google Workspace to communicate with the entire JPGM team including all editors for communication of corrections needing made assignment of folders working with others on the editing team as well as notifying any photographers of missing media
Some proprietary systems for uploading media to contract clients
Cubicasa System ensuring all floor plans have been sent by photographers doing basic edit requests from clients
Ricoh Tours system ensuring virtual tours are completed and sending links to clients
Zillow Showcase system uploading media content to their systems
Requirements
Min of 2yrs photography editing experience
Needs to understand color techniques masking exposure sky replacements etc.)
Min of 2yrs video editing experience
Experience with Dropbox
Strong writing/communication skills over Google Workspace
Experience with Google Sheets/Reporting
Aspects of the Work Environment
Remote but expected to be available and responsive to internal communications
All other positions are also remote so it is important that communication is clear & concise
Encourage social interaction on company chat spaces as to help everyone feel part of a time
This role works with various employees across the globe. You must be able to be cognizant of that fact be patient and willing to attempt additional ways of explaining your needs
Competencies and Skills
Must be a good eye for color exposure and clarity
Polite and professional tone to all communication with the ability to empathize with client concerns
Willingness to ask questions or for help when needed
Detail oriented and most importantly wanting to ensure correctness
Patient and willing to learn as you go along
