Job Objective
Work Environment:
Remote or onsite training sessions as required.
Flexible working hours to accommodate learner schedules.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Advanced Certificate in Learning and Performance (ACLP) is mandatory.
Proven experience in Microsoft Power Platform particularly in Power Automate PowerApps and Dataverse.
Strong understanding of workflow automation condition and control structures and dynamic decisionmaking within Power Automate.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Experience in contextualizing training materials and conducting handson workshops.
Ability to mentor and guide learners through complex technical concepts and projects.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple assignments and projects simultaneously.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with SharePoint Excel and document generation in the context of Power Automate.
Familiarity with lowcode development and business process analysis.
Previous experience in a corporate training or educational setting.
