- Ensure capital and operation expenditures are within budgets by direct and manage the process of budgeting and credit control cash flow projection investment of fixed asset management financial forecasting and exercise control.
- Achieve timely and accurate financial reporting by managing the full spectrum of the companys finance accounting audit and tax functions.
- Invoices to customers facility drawdowns and payment to suppliers in consideration of international funds transfer lead times.
- Compliance with statutory reporting requirements.
- Ability to interact with and manage key Vendors and Contractors expectation of payment versus cash flow availability.
- Monitoring and forecasting the cash flow of the company.
- Establish strong relationships with key bankers and manage expectations regarding loan financing with the HQ in Malaysia.
- Assist in making decisions that synchronise with HQ methodology by providing timely management accounts financial reports and analysis.
- Work effectively and efficiently with tax agents auditors company secretaries and bankers.
- Create and implement SOPs policy related to finance for the company.
- Ensure timely reliable and accurate reporting by reviewing the monthly forecast and annual budget.
- Analyse and monitor monthly result against budget.
- Undertake assigned adhoc task when needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor s Degree or Master in Accounting / Finance or other related field along with professional membership such as MIA CPA ACCA MICPA etc.
- Minimum of 10 years of working experience in financial management roles emphasising strategic financial planning and finance operations.
- Experience and capable of managing and leading teams across cultures and nationalities.
- Experience in overseas exposure. Experience in Vietnam would be advantageous.
- Good team player and manage a team of dedicated local Finance Team
- P&L driven business focused and good business acumen.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Proficiency in English spoken and written communication Mandarin would be an advantage.
- Strong presentation skills.
