Assist in the preparation of financial statements invoices bills and bank statements.
- Handle accounts payable and receivable functions.
- Process transactions maintain ledgers and ensure accuracy in financial data entry.
- Assist with the preparation of budgets and financial reports.
- Reconcile accounts on time.
- Assist with payroll administration.
- Support monthend and yearend close processes.
- Maintain confidentiality of financial information and comply with company policies and regulations.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Diploma / Bachelor s degree in Accounting Finance or related field is preferred.
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles.
- Familiarity with accounting software (e.g. QuickBooks Autocount) is preferable.
- Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel) and data entry skills.
- Accuracy and attention to detail.
- Organizational and timemanagement skills.
