Reporting and Analytics Specialist

This is a remote position.

The Reporting and Analytics Specialist at SeneGence will be responsible for maintaining and creating Power BI reports conducting adhoc reporting using SQL and Excel and integrating AI into our analytics and reporting processes. This role involves working closely with various departments to gather reporting requirements ensuring data accuracy and delivering actionable insights to drive business decisions.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Report Maintenance and Creation: Maintain existing Power BI reports and develop new ones based on business needs.
  
• AdHoc Reporting: Conduct adhoc reporting utilizing SQL and Excel to provide timely insights and support decisionmaking.
  
• Data Integration: Ensure accurate and efficient data integration from various sources to support reporting and analytics needs.
  
• AI Integration: Explore and implement AI solutions to enhance analytics and reporting capabilities.
  
• Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and deliver actionable insights.
  
• Documentation: Document processes methodologies and standards for reporting and analytics tasks.
  

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED FOR POSITION:

• Technical Experience:
  
• Power BI: At least 3 years of experience in creating and maintaining Power BI reports.
  
• SQL: Proficiency in SQL for data extraction manipulation and reporting.
  
• Excel: Advanced skills in Excel for data analysis and reporting.
  
• AdHoc Reporting: Demonstrated experience in conducting adhoc reporting to meet dynamic business needs.
  
• AI and Analytics: Knowledge of AI applications in analytics and a strong desire to integrate AI solutions into reporting processes.
  
• Previous experience in the cosmetics or directselling industry is a plus but not mandatory.
  
• Bachelors degree in Data Science Computer Science Information Technology Business Analytics or a related field.
  
• Relevant certifications in data analytics Power BI or AI are a plus.
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Strong problemsolving and analytical abilities.
  
• Adaptability and a proactive approach to learning new technologies and methods.
