BAYADA Home Health Care is a rapidly growing leader in the Home Health Care industry. We provide paediatric adult and therapy services to children and adults living with complex needs in the community.

In partnership with families and/or the HSE our care team is committed to delivering specialised professional nursing services.

BAYADA Home Health Care has an immediate opening for a Client Services Coordinator in our Dublin (Citywest) Office. Client Services Coordinator

Reporting to the Operations Manager you will be responsible for both cocoordinating and developing the Client Services function.

Client Service

Provide superior customer service (phone email) to our clients through coordination of client services and emergent scheduling issues.

Manage your caseload of existing clients while proactively growing your business area

Build sustainable and positive relationships with clients HSE and clinical field staff.

Rostering

Complete monthly rosters and provide ongoing scheduling needs.

Work closely with the Clinical Nurse Managers to provide suitable nursing staff.

Ensure agreed roster fillrates are maintained to agreed KPIs.

Recruiting Functions

Work closely with our Recruiting Manager to identify hiring needs.

Complete reference checks and administer/follow up on hiring paperwork.

Business support

Develop strong communicative relationships with the office team.

Participate in various business projects and actively taking roles in desired projects

Requirements

Qualifications and Skills required:

  • Bachelor s degree desirable
  • Acute attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Office administration and IT/computer skills are essential.
  • Problem solving and "thinking outside of the box"
  • Prior experience in a rostering/coordinator position is a plus.
  • Demonstrated record of successfully taking on increased responsibility (goal achievement).
  • Ambition to grow and advance beyond current position.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactivity and committed to being a part of a fast paced problem solving solutionsoriented environment.
