Technical Oversight:

Quality Assurance and Control:

Technical Support and Problem Solving:

• Provide technical support to technicians on complex diagnostic and repair issues.
  
• Address escalated customer concerns related to technical service matters ensuring prompt resolution.
  

Inventory and Resource Management:

• Manage workshop inventory of spare parts tools and equipment to support efficient operations.
  
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures for workshop equipment.
  

Performance Analysis and Reporting:

• Monitor workshop performance metrics such as productivity efficiency and turnaround times.
