What you will be doing:

• Selling new and used agricultural equipment to new and existing customers
• Representing the company for the sale of machinery to customers in a defined customer list and defined geographical sales area
• Maintaining current product knowledge on features and benefits including current technology of all equipment potentially saleable by the dealership
• Monitoring competitive activity/products and timely communicating to management
• Utilizing company CRM for all customer information
• Following a defined sales process
• Maintaining company image with vehicles and equipment
• Assisting with the preparation and execution of customer events
• Conducting equipment field demonstrations
• Monitoring and understanding trends in customer’s business activities and timely communicating to management
• Maintaining current knowledge of financing options to assist customers with securing the purchase of new and used goods
• Attending applicable sales training events/seminars
• Maintaining current knowledge of used equipment values trends

Experience you will need:

• 1 years equipment sales experience
• Knowledge of agricultural or turf equipment and farming or operational practices preferred
• Ability to use standard desktop load applications such as Microsoft Office and internet functions
• Ability to work flexible hours
• Excellent customer relationship skills
• High School Diploma or equivalent work experience
