Job Description
The Program of AllInclusive Care for the Elderly (P.A.C.E) provides a comprehensive array of services many of which are delivered onsite at a P.A.C.E Center. As an alternative to nursing home care P.A.C.E enables older individuals to live independently in the community through an interdisciplinary care team (IDT) comprising physicians pharmacists nurses social workers therapists and aides.
Requirements
Position qualifications:
Must possess a current unencumbered active license to practice as a PT in the State of Michigan.
Some experience working with the frail elderly or longterm care population.
Requirements: Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy Program. A Physical Therapist currently licensed in Florida (or able to expeditiously begin licensing process) Exceptional communication skills. Ability to effectively multitask. Focused on quality patient care with a positive, compassionate perspective.
