Mindsearch is looking for enthusiastic Recruitment Consultants to join our busy team based in Hammersmith to help with our expansion into new areas. As a Recruitment Consultant you will be responsible for meeting sales targets and achieving a strong rapport with new and existing clients.

Duties and responsibilities
Sales
- Contacting potential clients and establishing new relationships
- Meeting clients face to face understanding their business needs
- Establish a client base and become an expert within your specialist field
Sourcing/Recruitment
- Developing a thorough understanding of your markets
- Developing a good understanding of our clients businesses their expectations and their work culture and environment.
- Writing job adverts on our website and job boards
- Sourcing and screening candidates
- Headhunting identified candidates who may already be in work by telephone
- Conducting interviews face to face over the phone and Microsoft Teams
- Writing interview reports to clients
- Following up with candidates throughout the recruitment process
- Delivering a high level of customer service to all clients candidates
Requirements

Recruitment experience in any industry 4 years (required)
Degree preferred OR Sales Experience
Bright and confident personality
Positive and easy going attitude
