Job Description
- Actively aid the team in different phases of the project including problem definition, effort estimation, diagnosis, solution generation, design and deployment
- Lead technology focused practice of SAP professionals and manage headcount growth, utilization targets, sales KPI and service delivery
- Share responsibility, provide support, foresee challenges, maintain clear communication channels with the senior management as well as possess a strong grasp on engagement operational activities
- Should possess the technical prowess to drive the projects and the capability to lead a team
- Develop connect with key client stakeholders, understand their business challenges/pain areas a work with leadership to propose innovative solutions
- Lead process walkthrough discussions to document end-to-end business processes and functional requirements
