Earn $1500 base pay with opportunity to make up to $3500 a month.
$1000 SIGN ON BONUS
($500 on 3 month anniversary & $500 on 6 month anniversary)

Your Role:
Make contact and make offers with real estate seller leads over the phone.
Convert verbal acceptances into written agreements.
Help property owners make decisions while achieving company goals.
Learn to manage & hire others as a team leader
Key Responsibilities:
Build Trust with sellers over the phone.
Handle negotiations and objections.
Build rapport and explain the benefits of selling to us vs. a Realtor.

Personal computer with reliable highspeed internet and headset.
Training (First Two Weeks):
Learn company goals ideal seller profile and seller contract walkthroughs.
Develop a success plan and ongoing training.
Learn to manage and train others.
