How do you contribute to ParkBee

We are looking for a superdriven and eager colleague to take our efforts to the next level. You will assist in general recruitment activities and deliver support to candidates across different channels while maintaining our employer branding initiatives.

Main tasks/responsibilities:

    • Responsible for hiring interns on different teams at Parkbee
    • Support with job posting reviewing profiles and screening calls based on standard requirements (e.g. language experience location etc.)
    • Coordinatemeetings between hiring managers and candidates
    • Be the point ofsupport forour Employer Branding initiatives
    • Provide some help with simple onboarding tasks done by recruitment
    • Keep data organised and aligned with business goals

    We are likely to be a match if you:

    • You are currently studying in the Netherlands in the fields of Psychology Human Resources and Business and are looking for a 5 to 6month internship starting in September
    • You are and will be enrolled as a student during the whole duration of the internship
    • You are looking for a fulltime internship (3240 hours) and are currently based in Amsterdam or nearby (maximum 40 km away)
    • You are fluent in English (Dutch is a plus!)
    • Good interpersonal skills effective time management and a gogetter attitude.
