I m the recruiter for an exciting space tech company in the San Fernando Valley looking for an Electrical Engineer to develop mechanical/electrical components for ground & space flight systems.

HIGHLIGHTS:
With senior engineers the selected candidate will:
Design/develop of circuit boards using KiCAD & electrical wiring assemblies ensuring functionality/reliability standards
Develop embedded firmware
Management/tracking of design data/documentation/revisions through project lifecycle (usingPDM systems)
Assemble/rework PCBs (SMD/Throughhole components) & electrical wiring (small data/large power/high voltage cables)
QC of electrical assemblies
Debug electrical/electronics systems using multimeters oscilloscopes power supplies etc.
Design/adapt/maintain lab data acquisition systems
Specification/procurement/testing of components
Support multidisciplinary engineering problems/projects
REQUIREMENTS
US Citizen/Green Card holder relevant bachelor s PLUS:
Programming:Python Rust C/C
Circuit design/controls
KiCAD or similar for PCB design (schematics/boards)
Design wiring diagrams
Electronics circuitries (power conversion/distribution mixedsignal)
Designing/prototyping/testing electrical systems in the space industry or similar fields
Handson experience in laboratory or testing environment
