PM Accounting Specialist

Centurion is seeking a skilled and detailoriented Property Management Accounting Specialist to support our client in Fredericksburg VA. The Specialist will oversee the financial aspects of property management including budgeting financial reporting and general ledger reconciliation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in doubleentry bookkeeping and financial report interpretation.

Responsibilities:

Manage the financial operations of assigned properties

Prepare and analyze financial reports including income statements and balance sheets

Conduct general ledger reconciliation to ensure accuracy of financial data

Assist with budgeting and forecasting for property expenses

Collaborate with property managers to develop and implement financial strategies

Provide support in ensuring invoices are accurate and include the appropriate documents

Ensure compliance with accounting principles and company policies

Track and ensure payment of taxes and insurance for all properties

Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and documentation

Requirements

Strong knowledge of CSMS systems

Proficiency in doubleentry bookkeeping and financial report interpretation

Experience with general ledger reconciliation and accounting processes

Familiarity with budgeting techniques and financial forecasting

Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Bachelors in Math Accounting any relevant degree is Preferred
