Bid Manager

• Managing the endtoend bid process from initial opportunity identification to submission.
  
• Developing and implementing bid strategies that align with the company s objectives and increase the chances of winning.
  
• Coordinating with internal teams to gather information and inputs required for the bid.
  
• Writing reviewing and editing bid proposals to ensure they are compelling accurate and compliant with client requirements.
  
• Managing the bid schedule and ensuring timely submission of all bid documents.
  
• Conducting bid/nobid assessments and making recommendations to the Sales Director.
  
• Ensuring that all bid submissions adhere to company policies and procedures.
  
• Analysing bid outcomes and providing feedback to improve future bids.
  
• Building and maintaining relationships with clients partners and stakeholders involved in the bid process.
  
• Staying uptodate with industry trends and best practices in bid management.
  

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in bid management proposal writing or a related role.
  Proven track record of managing and winning bids in a competitive environment.
  
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  
• Strong writing editing and communication skills.
  
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  
• Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
  
• Experience with bid management software and tools.
  
• Knowledge of the industry and market trends.
  
• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
  

• A bachelor s degree in business marketing communications or a related field.
  
• Certification in bid management or a related discipline is a plus.
