Key Responsibilities
- Customer Consultation:
- Greet customers and conduct comprehensive consultations to understand their vision needs and preferences.
- Explain the different types of lenses available including their features benefits and pricing.
- Lens Selection and Fitting:
- Assist customers in selecting the appropriate lenses based on their prescription and lifestyle requirements.
- Perform precise lens measurements and fittings to ensure comfort and effectiveness.
- Technical Expertise:
- Utilize knowledge of optical science to educate customers on lens technologies such as antireflective coatings progressive lenses blue light filters and more.
- Stay updated on the latest advancements in lens technology and optical products.
- Customer Service:
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries resolving issues and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Follow up with customers postpurchase to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
- Sales and Inventory:
- Assist in the sales process by recommending additional products and services that enhance vision and eye health.
- Maintain accurate records of customer transactions and manage inventory levels of lenses and related products.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with optometrists opticians and other team members to provide a seamless and integrated customer experience.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of shop practices and services.

- Experience:
- Previous experience in an optical retail environment is preferred but not required.
