• Customer Consultation:
  
• Greet customers and conduct comprehensive consultations to understand their vision needs and preferences.
  
• Explain the different types of lenses available including their features benefits and pricing.
  
• Lens Selection and Fitting:
  
• Assist customers in selecting the appropriate lenses based on their prescription and lifestyle requirements.
  
• Perform precise lens measurements and fittings to ensure comfort and effectiveness.
  
• Technical Expertise:
  
• Utilize knowledge of optical science to educate customers on lens technologies such as antireflective coatings progressive lenses blue light filters and more.
  
• Stay updated on the latest advancements in lens technology and optical products.
  
• Customer Service:
  
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries resolving issues and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
  
• Follow up with customers postpurchase to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
  
• Sales and Inventory:
  
• Assist in the sales process by recommending additional products and services that enhance vision and eye health.
  
• Maintain accurate records of customer transactions and manage inventory levels of lenses and related products.
  
• Collaboration:
  
• Work closely with optometrists opticians and other team members to provide a seamless and integrated customer experience.
  
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of shop practices and services.
