From social and digital media and brand strategy to the product marketing journey you will be a part of shaping product representation and play a part in expanding Kounsel s customer base. Responsibilities

• Drive expansive marketing projects encompassing various tasks within a dynamic and creative setting.
  

• Manage marketing campaigns and conduct benchmark studies. Participate in creating captivating content for social media email marketing digital ads and SEO/SEM.
  

• Shape Kounsel s voice by developing key messages and brand stories. Get handson with making a real impact.
  

• Support digital marketing efforts and sales team to measure success optimize campaigns and maximize our marketing investments.
  

• Be at the forefront of product innovation by evaluating new features ensuring launchready products and communicating exciting updates to our users.
  

• Work closely with data analytics to ensure accuracy and relevance.
  

• Enjoy your passions through diverse projects prepare release materials draft engaging communications design stunning slides edit dynamic videos craft marketing emails conduct insightful research and be a part of creative brainstorming sessions.
  

Requirements

1. Minimum of Bachelor s degree in Marketing Digital Media Business Administration or a related field.
   

2. 2 years of experience in relevant marketing areas (employment after university): Social Media Marketing Email Marketing Digital Advertisement SEO/SEM Brand Management and/or Product Marketing.
   

3. Knowledge and passion for technology AI and the health industry.
   

4. Demonstrated global mindset with the ability to think across disciplines industries cultures and scenarios.
   

5. Proven track record of thinking outside the box and developing groundbreaking creative marketing campaigns and compelling content that set us apart from the competition.
   

6. Ability to understand business objectives and be willing to build effective strategies to meet business needs.
   

7. Always informed about the latest trends in marketing and pop culture and the ability to incorporate them into our strategies.
   

8. Ability to bridge data analysis research competitive intelligence and marketing savvy.
   

9. Familiarity with the technology industry ability to work in a fastpaced environment with a customercentric attitude and ability to work entrepreneurially on a small team.
   

10. Excellent problemsolving analytical quantitative and project management skills with the ability to develop and understand strategy.
    

General Requirements

• Completed Bachelors degree within the last two years or enrolled in a Masters or PhD program.
  

• Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills in English.
