Job Description

Are you a skilled SpeechLanguage Pathologist fluent in multiple languages passionate about helping individuals overcome communication challenges Clarifi Staffing Solutions is currently seeking a dedicated and bilingual SpeechLanguage Pathologist to join our team. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of diverse populations and support their communication needs. Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments to evaluate clients communication abilities in both English and Spanish.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address clients speech language and communication goals using evidencebased practices.
  • Provide therapy services to clients with various communication disorders including articulation language delays fluency disorders and pragmatic language difficulties.
  • Offer support and guidance to clients families and caregivers on strategies to enhance communication skills and promote functional communication in daily activities.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including educators physicians and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and optimize clients outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of assessment results therapy sessions progress reports and communication with stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
  • Masters degree in SpeechLanguage Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Commitment to cultural competence diversity and inclusion in service delivery.
  • Current Illinois license or eligibility for licensures as a SpeechLanguage Pathologist.
  • Experience working with diverse populations and across various settings is preferred.
