Job Description
Clarifi Staffing Solutions has partnered with a Georgia school district who is in need of a Speech Language Pathologist to service an elementary caseload. We are seeking a skilled and dedicated individual to join our team. The ideal candidate will be able to work a fulltime workload and must be able to start immediately.
Speech Pathologist will be responsible for the following:
- Attending IEP meetings to collaborate and formulate Individualized Education Plans
- Collaborate with a team of professionals who also service the students on the caseload
- Diagnose treat and evaluate school aged children who suffer from speech and language disorders
- Provide training and education for the guardians of the student on how to improve speech development outside of a school setting
Requirements
- Masters degree in SpeechLanguage Pathology from an accredited program.
- Valid Georgia state license or eligibility for license in SpeechLanguage Pathology.
- Experience working with culturally diverse populations preferably in a school setting.
- Knowledge of evidencebased practices in assessment and intervention for students with speech and language disorders.
