Role Background
As a Business Development Manager you will be strategizing and spearheading the sales cycle for several large accounts from outreach to closing. You ll be front and center for building ground up our best in class Sales function as we actively engage with large Restaurant and Kitchen partners in the country. Our sales cycle is solution oriented and a key part of this role will be to tailor our offering according to each client s needs.
Reporting directly to the General Manager you ll work to expand our footprint establishing longterm relationships and bringing new merchants onto the platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Funnel Management the basics still stand: achieve monthly quotas for inbound and outbound lead management activity qualified through to demo and beyond.
- Documentation & Reporting nurture and track leads throughout our CRM documenting feedback and identifying new opportunities to improve on best practice.
- Product Consultation identify and flag actionable insights to our product team for the ongoing development of our platform such as aggregating client feedback scoping out customization requests and new feature requests etc.
- CrossFunctional collaborate with our other teams around the business to support the company in achieving its team goals for 2023 and beyond
Requirements
- At least 45 years of experience in Sales (SaaS Fintech or HR Tech )
- Experience in enterprise solution based selling is a plus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Fluent in both English and Malay
- Able to operate Office Suite (Word Excel / Google Docs Sheet)
- Time management and organizational skills
- Strong problemsolving and analytical thought process
- CRM knowledge is a plus
