What to Expect As An Agent:
- Take incoming pledge drive calls for various nonprofit organizations.
- No donation solicitation; focus on processing payments via incoming calls.
- Provide consistent highquality support to all callers.
- Document all calls with detailed resolutions and followup actions.
- Availability required for a 24/7 schedule.
Requirements
Capabilities of Top Performing Agents for this Program:
- Minimum 6 months formal telephone experience preferably in a call center.
- Typing speed of 40 WPM or higher.
- Selfdirected and selfmotivated.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong listening skills.
- Ability to complete certification within 10 days or less.
Equipment Requirements:
- PC Requirements: Dualcore 2.8 GHz or better (Intel "i" class or AMD Phenom X2 class or better).
- 64 GB total Hard Drive or higher.
- 4 GB of RAM or better.
- USB VoIP Headset.
- Windows 10 or 11
- Hardwired connection (no wireless) with minimum 10 Mbps download and 3
- Mbps upload.
