Roles and Responsibilities:
Responsible for Zoho CRM creation of lead deals and proposals. Responsible for project and task workflow management on Zoho One.
Update relevant information in relation to business operations on various modules of the ERP
Monitor updation of information by the ERP users and generate reports for management insights and decision making
Prepare periodical MIS reports as required
Responsible for coordination between operations team sales team and billing team for smooth process functioning.
Requirements
Proven work experience in relevant areas in ZOHO CRM/ Other CRM/ ERP
Experience in ZOHO CRM ZOHO Projects will be an added advantage.

Qualification and Work Experience: -Minimum 2 years of prior work experience -Basic understanding of sales and marketing principles and previous experience in sales support, customer service, or marketing. -Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or other relevant software, Familiarity with CRM systems, especially Zoho, Design Platforms like CANVA -Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. -Knowledge of digital marketing tools and social media platforms, especially LinkedIn . -Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices. -Familiarity with the popular content management systems -Experience in managing social media campaigns -Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. -Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Strong understanding of professional services such as legal, accounting, finance, tax, etc.
