Job Description

  • Cold Calling: Proactively reach out to potential clients through cold calling to generate new business opportunities.
  • Closing Warm Leads: Effectively follow up on warm leads converting them into satisfied customers.
  • Sales Process Mastery: Quickly learn and apply our sales processes ensuring accuracy and efficiency in every interaction.
  • Application Management: Handle application forms with meticulous attention to detail ensuring confidentiality and sensitivity of all documents.
  • Customer Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with customers addressing their needs and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and sustain positive relationships with customers ensuring their ongoing satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Customer Retention: Identify and address reasons why customers might be considering leaving or switching to competitors and successfully convince them to stay with us.
  • Documentation: Keep accurate records of all customer interactions sales activities and any relevant information in our CRM system.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and customer service teams to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience.


Requirements

  • Fluency in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Must be proficient in email communications.
  • Proven experience in cold calling and closing sales.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and procedures.
  • Ability to handle application forms with a high degree of confidentiality and sensitivity.
  • Fast learner with the ability to adapt to new systems and processes quickly.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with a talent for building and maintaining relationships.
  • Persuasive skills to retain customers considering leaving or switching to competitors.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Proficient in using CRM software Microsoft Suite and other sales tools.


Prepare project management plan Manage and monitor the project, staffing plans, budgets, and minutes of meetings Plan and supervise project activities Define and manage project scope Resolve routine project issues during project execution Manage project teams and resources Perform regular project communication with the client and management and report project progress Co-ordinate with Project Sponsor and project team Understand the scope of the effort in terms of requirements, man-hours or functionality points With the help of the relevant leads, define project parameters, i.e., time-lines, manpower requirements, risks, estimates, etc. Negotiate, establish, coordinate and oversee the projects deliverables Act as the client for the local project team Ability to study and analyze data and suggest strategic action items for business advantage Develop team schedules and assist in the successful onboarding and training of team members Be ultimately responsible for the quality of service being delivered by the team Provide frequent feedback on employee performance, address weaknesses or inefficiencies, and offer support to improve skill gaps
