Line Quality Assurance Aide

JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

• Conduct inspections of incoming materials inprocess production and finished products.
• Use precision measuring instruments to verify the dimensions alignment and functionality of parts and products.
• Record inspection results by completing reports and logs summarizing reworks and waste and inputting data into a quality database.
• Communicate quality issues to production management and workers.
• Assist in the development and implementation of quality control policies and procedures.
• Conduct regular audits of the production processes to ensure compliance with standards.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment by following company standards and procedures.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• College graduate of any food sciencerelated course
• Proven experience as a Quality Control Inspector or relevant role.
• Strong understanding of quality control standards and testing techniques.
• Proficiency in using measurement and testing instruments such as calipers micrometers and gauges.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
• Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
• Basic computer skills for data entry and report generation.
• Amendable to work in Meycauayan Bulacan and can start ASAP
